libghc-tasty-kat-dev software package provides Known Answer Tests (KAT) framework for tasty, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-tasty-kat-dev
libghc-tasty-kat-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-tasty-kat-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-tasty-kat-dev *
